EthicsOceanWave Coaching is pleased to have adopted the Code of Ethics of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Its partners and associates are members of the EMCC and are pleased to offer the reassurance which they feel this membership brings to its clients. Please visit EMCC at www.emccouncil.org where the Code of Ethics can be viewed. We will be delighted to give you a copy when we meet. Whilst there is no unified professional body for coaching, we are pleased to assure you that other bodies such as CIPD, the International Coach Federation and the Association for Coaches find no discomfort with the EMCC Code of Ethics. EMCC is one of a number of professional bodies working together to harmonise the standards to which coaches operate and use supervision. OceanWave Coaching is actively involved in those processes and relationships. Professional IndemnityOceanWave Coaching is fully covered by professional indemnity insurance (£2m). Copies will be forwarded against request. All associates are required to provide evidence of similar cover and, again, evidence can be supplied as requested. Last updated 5th July 2008 |
