About OceanWave - what we can do for you
OceanWave coach teams and individuals in private, public and voluntary sectors across Europe. OceanWave has an equally widespread network of trusted and similarly qualified associates.
Our experience has shown that by focusing on leadership, the benefits to organisational culture and performance will follow. Where organisations have undertaken a structured coaching programme, the benefits are apparent in more highly engaged people including those who have not been coached directly.
OceanWave Coaching is led by John Campbell Ricketts. a qualified and experienced coach who gained wide organisational and senior management experience before sharing his knowledge, experience and skills with organisations and individuals. He is based in Yorkshire, though not born there. He is now joined by Pascale Cozzolino, a coach whose experience has given her understanding of senior roles in all sectors. Pascale is based in London, though her origins, too, are from elsewhere and Alun Jones who has a wealth of international experience. OceanWave has a widespread network of associate coaches, all of whom are similarly qualified.
"We believe strongly that all people and teams have the potential to improve their performance. We aim to uncover that potential and identify the motivation that will move potential to fruition. We also believe strongly in working only with people and organisations with whom we are pleased to be associated." In the same way that the client needs to feel comfortable with their coach, the coach needs to feel comfortable with their client. John is an active member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. It is a requirement that associates are members of EMCC or a professional body of similar standing. John is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
